| This
is how you can make your order with us
LIST THE PATTERNS
I.
List the
patterns, hook sizes, and number of dozen that you require
and send that to us. For example:-
Parachute Adams #12 10 dozen
Elk Hair Caddis #16 15 dozen
BeadHead Prince #18 6 dozen
....and
so on.
II.
We then
send you a quotation for the flies, including an amount for
international wire transfer fees, which we pass onto you from
the Banks. This amount is levied only when you make your payments
within the United States, by sending a cheque
to our Regional Office in Minneapolis, Minnesota. When you
make your payment by transferring payment to our account here
in Kenya, or through a money transfer service such as Western
Union, we do not levy the charges to you as you pay for them
when sending the cash.
The other
charge that our quotation will include is shipping - door-to-door
delivery, for orders of less than 500 dozen. All orders of
500 dozen and above are delivered FREE-OF-CHARGE. Please note
that due to the light [weight] nature of our products, we
advise larger numbers of dozen for each consignment to reduce
your costs per dozen.
III.
Once you
have received our quotation, you then confirm your order by
remitting at least 50% of the invoice amount. The other 50%
should be remitted upon delivery of the flies.
